These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepGPT application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, exercise recommendations, and training advice. This content is not medical advice.

• AI recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before starting, changing, or intensifying any exercise program.
• If you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns, seek professional medical guidance before following any AI-generated workout plan.
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI chat system to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the App.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple's or Google's respective terms.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• Free tier features remain accessible without a subscription.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you use the BYOK feature to provide your own AI API key:

• You are solely responsible for any costs incurred with your AI provider.
• You are responsible for the security of your API key.
• Your messages are sent directly to your chosen provider under their terms of service.
• We are not responsible for the responses or behavior of third-party AI providers accessed via your key.

6. Health Data

• You voluntarily provide health and fitness data (weight, body fat, injuries, medical notes).
• This data is used solely to personalize your experience and AI recommendations.
• You can delete all your data at any time by deleting your account.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and AI systems are our intellectual property.
• Workout plans generated for you are yours to use personally.
• You retain ownership of all data you input into the App.

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for injuries sustained during workouts, whether or not following AI recommendations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
